Proposal: The AoF System

Well since there is not any communication with the council on the forum about this particular topic, lets discuss it.

Promotions:
Promotions can be suggested by members of higher rank than the nominee. Council holds a 2 day poll, to approve or decline the nomination. The nominee must have 2/3 vote of council to have promotion approved. Promotions are based on how well the nominee performs, like winning a contest, tourney, or notable actions. Don't be trying to promote your buddies. Not a popularity contest.

Applications:
A 3 day poll is held for new recruits. Recruits are evaluated by Assassin Leaders on character, skills and behavior. Recruits must have a minimum of 5 yes votes to be accepted as an Apprentice.

I highly suggest that we employ one or more of these ideas.

The council has asked for my input, well, here it is. Act on it as you see fit.

Tbh i think a 3 day poll is a little much considering the fat that well most of us are on the forums every single day and have the chance to vote a 2 day poll would be more suitable for applications

Ye...or we end like real life politicians....the longer poll=less clear results....my opinion

Id also suggest to think about what exactly "well performs" means, i mean for example if WINNING is the ONLY way how to be promoted....lets take angel for example....when i played at Solomon tourney he ended as 3rd....and was promoted.... his later actions dont consider(his rejoining etc)

Actually yoda i was promoted to lvl 2 4 that and was demoted this is my second time xD and i have a broken nose writting this got in a fight in school so wish me luck guys....i've had much worse and i beat you guys can believe that
