JK2 Jedi Outcast CD Problems

Hey sup? My CD has a little crack in it so seems like it hardly works anymore. Was working just fine with it earlier but now it's not working worth beans anymore. Gonna have to buy a new CD it seems I was wondering if those that have Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy can come on there for a while till I can get a new one at the store. Let me know asap thanks a lot.

A). Take a tube of toothpaste, put a bit on your finger and run toothpaste exceedingly gently over the shiny part of the disc where the crack is. Go in concentric clockwise circles radiating outward from the origin (middle) making sure you go so it covers the crack.

Then, rinse off the toothpaste with warm water, making sure the water is gently hitting about the middle of the disc, just off from the center, yet rinsing off that section of the disc from inside to out.

Slowly rotate the disc in this clockwise fashion until all of the toothpaste has been rinsed off.

Drying: put the CD in a towel and ever so gently wipe or pat it dry.

Or if that doesn't work, JK3 has a NoCD patch or "crack".

Instructions:

-Downlload Daemon Tools Lite
- Have MC help you find the right crack

((Note: you're going to have to have to run DaemonTools to get to the crack version every single time, but it should work like a dandy.))

His JK3 is fine, problem is with the JK2 CD. Don't you read carefully?

Here is my Solution -

Go to gamedata and copy jk2mp.exe and paste is somewhere safe. ( You may need this if my solution won't work)
Now download jk2mp from this http://dl.dropbox.com/u/88301288/jk2mp.exe and paste it in gamedata.

Try to run the game from the new jk2mp.exe

Giving me a falied OpenAl32.dll message for some reason

You got that reserve file saved right?
Paste it back up.

I do yes but still same error
