Yoda the things that are required for co capt are the following

1.A cool head when u are under pressure
2.The ability to put words into actions fast
3.the ability tokeep hr a hidden organazation if a new clan finds it it wont be so good
4.and use eve=ry resource u have to your advantage informants clan members conversations etc
